Important Travel Information

Leap Cards

Please be aware that Leap Cards cannot be used as payment or accepted for travel on Concert Express services. A valid Concert Express ticket must be booked for your journey.

 

Departure After the Concert

Concert Express coaches may not leave immediately once all passengers are on board. Traffic management and coach departures from the venue are controlled by the concert organisers and event traffic management teams. Our drivers can only depart when permission is given to do so.

Due to the large volume of traffic leaving the venue after concerts, some delays may occur. We recommend allowing additional time for your journey home.

 

Wheelchair Accessibility

Unfortunately, the designated Concert Express pick-up and drop-off points provided by the concert organisers are not currently suitable for the wheelchair ramp systems fitted to our buses. As a result, these services are not wheelchair accessible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Cancellation Policy

Customers can receive a full refund when a cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the event date.

Unfortunately, refunds or cancellations cannot be processed within 7 days of the booked concert transfer.
