All buses (both Single Tickets to City Centre and Return Tickets to/from Ratoath) will drop off/pick up from the main car park adjacent to Malahide Castle and the Concert field.
Single tickets from Malahide Castle Concerts 2025 will go directly in to Dublin city centre. You will be dropped off at Eden Quay. This is the only drop-off point.
Tickets must be purchased online from concertexpress.ie.
There will be a limited number of tickets to purchase on the night, pre-booking is advised as to avoid disappointment.
Concertexpress.ie may offer an Early Bird rate for customers who purchase their concert bus tickets well in advance. The Early Bird rate may be removed by concertexpress.ie at any time and without warning so buy your tickets early to avail of this offer.

No, concertexpress tickets are non-transferrable.
Yes, all concertexpress buses accept mobile ticketing. We advise Single Ticket holders to bring a printed copy of their ticket as phone batteries may run down if used during the concert. If your phone dies and you do not have a printed copy of your ticket you will not be allowed on the bus. Return Ticket holders will be issued with a wrist band as they board the bus for the initial journey and this wrist band must be used as your ticket for the return journey.
No. Return Ticket holders will be issued with a wrist band as you get on the bus in Ratoath/Ashbourne/Swords and you must show this wrist band to board the bus for the return journey. If you lose the wrist band you will not be permitted on the bus.
A full refund will be provided as long as the request arrives 7 days before the event. No refunds or cancellations will be issued within 7 days of the event transfer booked.
Unfortunately the pick-up and drop-off locations that we've been assigned by the concert organisers are not suitable for the ramp system on our buses and are therefore not wheelchair accessible. We apologies for any inconcenience caused.
Under Dublin Bus' Bye- Laws; “No person shall consume alcoholic drinks or other beverages or food while on the vehicle.” The consumption of alcohol on buses is strictly prohibited.
Items found on the concertexpress buses will be sent to Dublin Bus's Lost and Found Office at;

Any item found on our buses will be delivered to the Lost Property department within two working days between 14.30hrs until 17.00hrs.
A fee of €2.00 applies to each item you claim, when collecting your lost property it may be necessary to show some sort of ID, especially if it is a high value item like a wallet, purse, mobile phone, laptop etc.
As per contract with the NTA all customer data is retained for a minimum of 2 years.
