• Where do buses depart from for Malahide Concerts? View
  • Single Tickets to City Centre; Buses depart from the back road (at the entrance to Malahide Castle Demesne)

  • Return Tickets; Buses arrive to and depart from the main car park adjacent to Malahide Castle and the Concert field.

 

• Where is drop off point in city centre View

Single tickets from Malahide Castle Concerts 2024 will go directly in to Dublin city centre. You will be dropped off at Eden Quay. This is the only drop-off point.

• Where can I buy my concert bus tickets? View

Tickets must be purchased online from concertexpress.ie.

• Will concert bus tickets be available on the day of the concert? View

Tickets will not be availabe to purchase on the night and must be purchased online in advance. Bus tickets for each concert are limited. Buy early to guarantee your seat.

• Will bus ticket prices remain the same as the concert date approaches? View

Concertexpress.ie may offer an Early Bird rate for customers who purchase their concert bus tickets well in advance. The Early Bird rate may be removed by concertexpress.ie at any time and without warning so buy your tickets early to avail of this offer.

 

• Are child tickets available? View

No, All tickets are priced the same.

• How soon after the concert will the bus depart? View

Buses will depart immediately as soon as the concert is over. Buses will depart as soon as they are filled. If a bus is full you will be accommodated on the next available bus.

• Can I give my concertexpress ticket to somebody else? View

No, concertexpress tickets are non-transferrable.

• Can I present my concertexpress ticket on my phone? View

Yes, all concertexpress buses accept mobile ticketing. We advise Single Ticket holders to bring a printed copy of their ticket as phone batteries may run down if used during the concert. If your phone dies and you do not have a printed copy of your ticket you will not be allowed on the bus. Return Ticket holders will be issued with a wrist band as they board the bus for the initial journey and this wrist band must be used as your ticket for the return journey. 

• Will I be able to use my phone voucher if I lose my wrist band View

No. Return Ticket holders will be issued with a wrist band as you get on the bus in Ratoath/Ashbourne/Swords and you must show this wrist band to board the bus for the return journey. If you lose the wrist band you will not be permitted on the bus.

• Can I get a refund on my concertexpress.ie ticket View

Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the chosen concert date. Refund requests that are made less than 48 hours from the concert date will not be granted.

• Can I drink alcohol on the bus? View

Under Dublin Bus' Bye- Laws; “No person shall consume alcoholic drinks or other beverages or food while on the vehicle.” The consumption of alcohol on buses is strictly prohibited.

• Lost Property View

Items found on the concertexpress buses will be sent to Dublin Bus's Lost and Found Office at;

  • Date item was lost and concert you were attending.
  • What direction you were travelling
  • What bus stop you got on
  • What stop you got off at
  • What time did you board and alight from the bus

Any item found on our buses will be delivered to the Lost Property department within two working days between 14.30hrs until 17.00hrs.

A fee of €2.00 applies to each item you claim, when collecting your lost property it may be necessary to show some sort of ID, especially if it is a high value item like a wallet, purse, mobile phone, laptop etc.

As per contract with the NTA all customer data is retained for a minimum of 2 years.
